Dear Foster/Adoptive Parent -
Welcome. SAFF has been serving foster and adoptive families for more than 30 years at no cost to its members. SAFF is a federally tax exempt 501(c)(3) private non profit organization. It was founded by foster parents with the sole purpose of offering support services to foster and adoptive families, and today continues. SAFF works closely with the state and county agencies and other service providers to ensure training, case management and support services are in the best interest of the children and families we support. We are generously funded with federal, state, county, corporate and private donations. I sincerely hope you find our organization helpful.
